  • Survey Details: The research for this report was conducted from February 25 – July 28, 2013. It is based on an online survey among 35 manufacturers in supply chain management.
  • Objective: To understand the current state of supply chain talent related to hiring, recruiting and training and the success of current solutions.
  • Highlight: Companies are feeling the pain of open positions. The average company has four positions open for five months, with 15% supply chain employee turnover.
