RESEARCH OVERVIEW:

  • Objective: To understand the current state of supply chain risk management and the impact of supply chain disruptions.
  • Highlight: In 2013, 80% of respondents reported a supply chain disruption and the average company reported three separate incidents. Only 20% of these incidents are reported in annual reports.
  • Survey Details: The research for this report was conducted from February 14 – March 31, 2014. It is based on an online survey among 46 Manufacturers, Retailers, Distributors and Third Party Logistics Providers who consider risk management important to their company and are aware of how it works.
