Forecast Value Add Analysis

Forecast value add analysis (FVA) is a method to evaluate and identify waste in the forecast process in order achieve improved future results. FVA is an objective strategy by which to evaluate individual steps in the forecast process to ensure each step in the process is improving the overall forecast product. This enables companies to streamline the forecast process reducing cycle time and achieve more accurate results through a streamlined value adding forecasting process.
